Time sure flies when you're taking care of the cutest, sweetest baby in the world. :) Not that we're biased or anything.
Violet is sleeping. I just ate a quick lunch and now I'm going to tackle the front porch. My sister and her family are coming on Saturday for breakfast and I am determined that the porch will be cleaned and organized before then!!
Let's see, what else is happening this week. Thursday after work I'm meeting my mom at Jordan Creek Mall for some shopping and supper. Friday morning after I drop the boys off at school/daycare, Shawn, Violet and I are going to the state fairgrounds for a junk jamboree. Can't wait!! There are supposed to be lots of antiques and stuff so it should be a lot of fun.
Friday afternoon I'll pick the boys up and head to the hotel where Heidi is staying. She can meet Violet and the boys can swim with Theron and Hudson. Yikes.. That means I might have to find my swimming suit... Oh well, it had to happen sometime.
Saturday morning Heidi and fam, and my parents are coming to our house for breakfast, as I mentioned. I've been looking for good recipes and found quite a few I want to try. and sometime this weekend we're meeting my parents at the new hotel at Prairie Meadows so the boys can go swimming in their pool. Lots of swim time ahead -- they'll love it!
Well, I better stop typing and start cleaning. Have a great Tuesday, everyone!
You might have other plans for Thursday dinner, but if you are up for Chik-Fil-A, I'm hosting a fundraiser day there on Thursday. Just tell the cashier that you are with the Carey fundraiser group and a portion of the sales will go to my friends who are moving to Africa to be full-time missionaries in July. Or you could go to Cheesecake Factory and ask to be seated with Rocky. :) I'll be there at the playplace and Chik-Fil-A, so I'll keep an eye out for you. Will Violet be with you? If so, I might stalk you down!!
