Our Dairy-Free-Family*

*There is some cheating taking place on the dairy-free diet by me and Mazy. In fact, I am drinking a glass of skim milk as I write this.

We're two weeks into the dairy-free diet for Bo and, if I may be so bold, it's working wonders! In fact, it's been such a game changer for his aggressive behavior that I recently started another blog devoted to dairy-free living. It's called DairyFreeFamily and you can read all about our discoveries with food intolerances and our suggestions for weekly dairy-free meal plans and our favorite dairy substitutes.

It's a work in progress so stay tuned. And I am hopeful that I will get Shawn to blog on it once in awhile to share his milk allergy/intolerance stories and tips. And my sister may be a guest blogger as well because her son has several food allergies/intolerances including dairy.

In other news:
  • Nephew Kael's 9th birthday party has been planned for Saturday night at the farm. We'll be heading out early to get some private swimming time in before the crowd arrives.
  • Nephew Hudson will be at the farm all of next week so we'll definitely have to find some time to go out and play with him and Grandma Katy.
  • Latest Bo-ism -- Me: Bo, where are you going? Bo: Anywhere. Me: Bo, what are you eating? Bo: Anything.
  • Mazy's weather forecast for tomorrow: Dark clouds and sunny.
