Hey all, thought this would be more fun if I had photos from today's trip to the farm. The boys are bundled up and outside playing in the snow. I've packed everything we need for a snow day AND a Super Bowl Party and we're just waiting on Big Daddy Shawn to get dressed so we can leave.
Des Moines ended up with about 4 inches of snow. Not bad at all. But as we travel west to the farm, it supposedly gets much deeper! My little brother Bandy reported on Facebook last night that they had 11 inches in Guthrie Center. I predict the boys will be in a snowy wonderland in an hour or so, and loving every minute of it. If you can believe it, this is the first time all winter we've had to collect all the snow gear to play in the snow!
