Well, those storm clouds I showed you a photo of on Wednesday did indeed bring the rain. Lots of it. Lots and lots and lots of it. So much that we broke a record yesterday! Most rainfall in a day in Iowa -- and that was at noon! It rained buckets again last night. This morning, our big wheelbarrow was totally full of water!!! That's 3+ inches of rain, I think.
Weekend plans: heading to the farm!!! Whoohooo! Grandpa Kev bought a new pool and the boys are psyched and ready to go swimming! It may be too cool this weekend, but we'll get in it soon. There are also garage sales in Panora this weekend and I am sure there are HUGE mud puddles on the farm just waiting for two ornery boys to find them.
